Service New Brunswick is seeking an individual to join the Business Development group within Enterprise Services as an Adult Learning and Client Relations Specialist on a 2-year opportunity.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the business areas supporting Oracle Fusion (e.g. Payroll & Benefits).
  • Being part of a team of subject matter experts and business development resources that helps inform training content/topics.
  • Develop, conduct and analyze training needs assessments.
  • Collaborate with business leads responsible for issue escalation to identify emerging needs for training.
  • Create and maintain a training framework for the business that includes new staff onboarding, refresher training, change related sessions and self-guided learning resources.
  • Develop, deliver and continuously improve training content and delivery format on business processes.
  • Work closely with the ERP team who is responsible for Oracle Fusion training to ensure alignment.
  • Support change management by developing, delivering training sessions related to changes identified by the Business Development team members (e.g., Project Manager or Business Analyst).
  • Liaise with ERP to identify and coordinate business participation with training.
  • Provide feedback on trainee progress to the responsible manager.
  • Establish learning objectives and methods for measuring trainee progress.
  • Develop methods for measuring and reporting trainee satisfaction with trainings (i.e., sessions and self-guided learning products).
  • Provide both in-person or virtual sessions and ensure training materials are available in both official languages.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: University degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of five (5) years of related work experience. Subject to the response to this competition, an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered, or the required years of experience may be increased.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS: Preference may be given to candidates that demonstrate:

  • Monitoring & coaching skills for training purposes
  • Training and experience in adult learning or corporate training
  • Certification in change management
  • Background/experience in fianance, payroll or similar field

Subject to the response to this competition, candidates may be required to demonstrate on their application one or more of the asset qualifications in addition to the essential qualifications in order to be given further consideration.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The following operational requirement(s) is also required:

  • Some weekday eveningsand weekend work hours may be required.
