JOB SUMMARY :
Guide and support patients in carpentry and other projects, based on the organization, planning and execution of projects, in connection with the recovery plan for patients in tertiary and forensic psychiatry.
REQUIREMENTS :
- High school diploma and an additional program or course in community integration from six months to one year in length or the equivalent;
- One year of previous related experience is required;
- Good judgment and organizational skills;
- Autonomy;
- Adaptability;
- Interpersonal communication;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Physical ability to perform assigned work;
- Good work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethics principles, the Network's management philosophy and organizational values;
- Adherence to the Network's confidentiality rules.
