Job Title: Truck Driver Help (General Labour)
Location: Saint John, NB
Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Pay Rate: $15.75/hr

Assignment Information:
Advantage Personnel is recruiting a Truck Driver Helper to assist with efficient and safe unloading of materials. This role involves heavy lifting and physical labor to unload delivery trucks, handling large and sometimes awkwardly shaped items.

Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload building materials like drywall, lumber, windows, and doors.
• Assist drivers with deliveries and handle materials as a driver helper.
• Clean up the yard.
• Work efficiently in any weather.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Capable of lifting over 65 lbs.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player.

Work Conditions:
The Truck Driver Helper role involves communicating effectively and coordinating to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations. Work often takes place outdoors in varied weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, or snow, while loading and unloading materials.
