Atlantic Lottery (AL) is seeking a Campaign Manager.

Work Location: Office or Hybrid option working from one our Atlantic Canadian Offices (Moncton, NB; Halifax, NS; or St. John's, NL)

As a Campaign Manager at Atlantic Lottery, you'll play a crucial role in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Specifically, you will develop and lead integrated marketing strategies across the enterprise by ensuring that all player facing marketing has a unified voice and all key performance indicators (KPIs) are being tracked and align with the corporate scorecard measures. It is a requirement that marketing messages are prioritized to ensure that the right messages are delivered to the right audiences while looking for opportunities to maximize marketing results and marketing dollar spend.

Pay Band:

  • Expected Salary Range: $71,652 - $89,565 - $113,748
  • Our typical hiring range will be +/- 10% of the midpoint shown above.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage integrated B2C marcom campaigns including, but not limited to, email, programmatic, social, display, video, TV, and out-of-home.

Work closely with stakeholders to build comprehensive player marcom initiatives and programs that will achieve KPIs and delight our players.

Support briefings and oversee the delivery of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity.

Manage timely and successful delivery of marketing campaigns, on time and on budget, working with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to manage several marketing campaigns at one time.

Understand assigned product categories to make insightful recommendations.

Continuous monitoring and optimization of in-market campaigns and delivery of regular reports and insights of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs to stakeholders.

Responsible to regularly measure and report on the ROI of campaigns.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, marketing, or related discipline.
  • Experience with external vendors including the briefing process, managing the relationship, and ensuring that the vendors are delivering on strategy.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing, including traditional and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Able to occassionally work past traditional business hours when required.
  • Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.
  • Must reside in Atlantic Canada.

Professional Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data from various sources and build data-driven marketing strategies;
  • Experience in building out and executing a marketing strategy from start to end. This would include building the strategy, identifying tactics and workback schedule, managing all creative development and monitoring and optimizing towards results;
  • Track record of successfully collaborating with other internal departments and external vendors;
  • Highly flexible with ability to adapt to ambiguity, frequently changing time frames and short deadlines;
  • Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, prioritize and competently handle a variety of activities;
  • Ability to adapt to change in a nimble & agile fashion.
