On the Bell Business Markets team, you'll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You'll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collects technical and business customer needs
  • Develops technical recommendations
  • Engineer detailed network and unified communication designs based on customer standardized service catalog
  • Evaluates costs for engineering, installation and equipment required for the implementation of the solutions
  • Produces and updates solution diagrams and instructions for carrying out technical installation and configuration tasks
  • Document recommendations to the client, ensuring the quality of the documentation, within an acceptable period and meeting the client's standards
  • Working directly with customer, Bell technical, and support resources in driving successful technical solution delivery based upon project timelines and expectations
  • Support implementation of solutions during complex/critical changes
  • Contribute to the improvement of engineering processes
Critical Qualifications
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field of telecommunications
  • Knowledge in LAN, wireless LAN technology (WLAN), routing, WAN networks, SD-WAN, security and IP VPN (MPLS) service
  • Experience in designing customer network solutions
  • Knowledge of Cisco networking products
  • Knowledge of Aruba wi-fi products
  • Experience with data network projects
  • Ability to act as an integrator of solutions with multiple technologies
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple technical resources for installation, implementation and operation
  • Ability to simultaneously on multiple projects with deadlines
  • Proactivity and ability to have an end-to-end view of a mandate, including deadline, efforts and costs
  • Be comfortable following rigorous customer processes
  • Ability to work in a collaborative manner as well as autonomous with the ability to deliver with minimal supervision
  • Good writing, presentation and communication skills in French
Preferred Qualifications
