Department: Social Development (SD), GNB
Placement Description: The selected student will join the Digital Transformation team to document new and existing processes and assist in establishing comprehensive training materials. This role involves working closely with team members to understand and document procedures for newly implemented solutions and creating clear and effective training guidelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is eager to learn about digital transformation initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Qualifications:

• Language requirement: English or Bilingual
• Current enrollment in a post-secondary program in Social Sciences, Arts, Business Administration, or Computer Science

Skills/Highlights:

• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to process information with high levels of accuracy
• Ability and willingness to stay abreast of technological developments and adapt to new policies and procedures
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
