Job Description
As a Pro Hockey Life associate, your primary responsibility is to build a connection with the customer, providing them with everything they need and need to know to enjoy their sport. You will become a brand Ambassador, a promoter of a healthy active lifestyle and fan or participant in the game of hockey.
Description of the Role
Our ideal team member is very organized and can adapt to a continually changing workload while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- You will understand our customers and their needs, help them, and answer their complaints calmly and professionally.
- Answer phone calls.
- Ensure the store's cleanliness is up to our standards.
- Most importantly, you will help us build relationships!
Required Education and Skills
- A high school or post-secondary education is preferred.
- Knowledge of hockey is essential
- Great communication skills
- Previous retail experience is an asset
