Position Overview
This is a unique opportunity to join the Home Depot's media team and help to shape the next decade of shopper marketing. We are looking for a Campaign Strategist to support the Retail Media+ team by developing and delivering onsite and offsite campaigns using various platforms and tools. In partnership with the Program Managers, you will help the supplier community achieve their desired campaign goals through continuous optimization and reporting. Additionally, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of retail media programs and will ensure that campaigns are pacing correctly. The ideal candidate is a key stakeholder in delivering and growing the Retail Media+ sales targets and is comfortable having face-to-face client interactions.
What You will do
• Responsible for the end-to-end management of campaigns, which includes campaign trafficking, QA, optimization, post reporting
• Partner with the media, sales and marketing teams to create, plan and execute onsite & offsite campaigns
• Ensure the ads are trafficked appropriately, communicating key messages and aligning with campaign briefs
• Work with brand partners and content operations to identify and collect assets, manage process flow and implement campaigns
• Leverage data to understand shopper interaction with onsite and offsite promotional campaigns, communicating to internal stakeholders on active campaigns, and providing optimizations and enhancement suggestions
• Utilize campaign and channel metrics to constantly challenge the status quo and identify new and improved execution strategies that will increase overall performance and efficiency
• Develop and manage relationships with the supplier community to build trust and become a central advocate of the Orange Apron Media program
Qualifications
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, business management
• 1-2 years of campaign management experience (search, paid social, programmatic)
• Prior experience in ad platforms (Facebook, Google ads, Amazon ads, etc.)
• Comfortable pulling and analyzing media specific data
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment (organized & gritty)
• Proactive in identifying issues and offering creative solutions
• Capable of balancing attention to detail with swift execution
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude, naturally curious
• Agency experience is an asset
