The role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team in a flexible position where the daily duties will be aligned to one of two roles:

Mobile Tire Sales and Installation & Emergency Roadside Service (ERS). Between these two roles, you will be responsible for providing a combination of services. If you are passionate about cars, enjoy a physical job, would like to work Monday to Friday 7am-4pm, then you would be perfect for this combo position.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing on the job:

  • Conducting Mobile tire sales, service, balancing and installation at customer locations (Primary role)
  • Provide Roadside assistance for CAA members
  • Towing, winching (deck truck/wrecker)
  • Lockouts
  • Battery testing, boosts and replacement
  • Fuel delivery
  • Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment
  • Safely operate computer-related equipment including but not limited to wireless data terminals, credit card terminals, battery diagnostic equipment, and communication devices in a safe and professional manner adhering to all safety protocols
  • Maintain and account for company-provided equipment, vehicles, inventory, and tools.
  • Perform maintenance on CAA Atlantic vehicles as requested
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications will be required to carry out this role:

  • Class 5 license 5 years plus
  • Class 3 license with air brake endorsement preferred
  • Automotive related experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Exceptional commitment to customer service
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Clean drivers abstract
  • Ability to work unsupervised and in all weather conditions
  • Computer literacy Microsoft office, email
  • Knowledge of Smart phone and tablet use
