RevTalent is recruiting a Sales Representative - Construction Equipment on behalf of A.L.P.A. Equipment.
Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, the Sales Representative will be responsible to promote and sell our various equipment brands: (Hyundai, JCB, etc.) within your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with existing customers while prospecting and developing your assigned territory.
- Schedule meetings with existing and potential customers via telephone, e-mail, or face to face.
- Generate leads & identify new business opportunities in your assigned market.
- Prepare customer quotes, product presentations and demos.
- Negotiate pricing with potential customers and close sales.
- Plan and execute customer events.
- Continuous improvement of product knowledge.
- Represent company at industry trade shows and events.
- High School Diploma with relevant experience
- Computer skills
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Ambitious and driven personality
- Confident and experienced negotiator
- Relevant industry experience would be an asset
- Well organized and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license
- Travel is required
- Ability to work in an environment of changing priorities
- Ability to work 40 + hours per week
