SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: French essential and spoken English

JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Patient Flow, the successful candidate contributes to the department's success primarily as: (a) coordinator of improvement of operational and administrative processes in the Emergency Department; and (b) leader in the search for innovative alternative solutions and change management in the Emergency Department and the facility.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Undergraduate degree in health sciences and/or administration;
- Graduate degree in a related field considered an asset;
- PMI certification considered an asset;
- Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification or obtaining certification within set timeframe;
- Minimum of five years in process improvement and/or project management, change management or quality improvement;
- Experience in the health field considered an asset;
- Excellent skills using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) and Visio application;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills;
- Sound judgment accompanied by listening, analysis, synthesis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills;
- Transformational leadership;
- Ability to motivate and engage others and to act as a change agent;
- Drive and creative reasoning in the performance of duties;
- Ability to travel within Vitalité Health Network and the province;
- Ability to work independently and as a team member;
- Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
- Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
- Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.
