Atlantic Lottery (AL) is seeking a Reporting Analyst. Location is flexible within Atlantic Canada with occasional travel to Moncton, NB.
As the Reporting Analyst, reporting to the Manager, Analytics & Business Intelligence, you will produce reporting and analytics solutions using various analytical tools, enabling business stakeholders to make key revenue impacting decisions. Being the subject matter expert in our data visualization tools, you will support the business and the analytics team by developing comprehensive and self-serve solutions that will help drive strategic decisions.
You will also support data reporting and analytics disciplines throughout the organization and provide self-serve solutions as key inputs to the business and strategic planning process.

- Develop business insights cross-functionally to create automated analysis in Power BI, create self-serve and augmented solutions in Oracle Analytics Server, and support ad hoc analytics requests from key stakeholders.
- Lead and manage key corporate programs such as Data Literacy and Corporate Performance Reporting. This includes identifying opportunities, adjusting programs as required, mass communication, performance tracking and much more.
- Collaborate work with business stakeholders to establish a comprehensive measurement framework along with the development of the right KPIs.
- Lead, identify opportunities, develop, and maintain processes and documentation that support BI disciplines such as data governance, data policies and data visualization standards to name a few.
- Represent the Analytics team in corporate projects to ensure the data is: sourced properly, available, sustainable, and can be used by the Analytics team for analysis and for key stakeholders to use through self-serve solutions.
Education and Experience:
- 3+ years' experience with analytics (financial, operational, analytics, etc.);
- Bachelors and/or Diploma in Finance preferred;
- Experience working with Power BI, Alteryx Experience, and/or SQL;
- Experience managing corporate programs;
- Experience developing KPIs & measurement frameworks.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain findings in a digestible manner for both technical and non-technical audiences;
