The incumbent provides administrative support to the individual and group medical underwriting, issuance and medical underwriting areas. The incumbent must enter data into several computer systems. He/she is the person who initiates the file evaluation process by ensuring that the necessary forms are properly completed, while entering administrative data into the computer systems. This role ensures that medical exams from providers and correspondence from the sales force are transferred to the right files, and that these are directed to the right places (underwriting, selection or issue). Ensures that follow-ups on medical requirements and additional information are processed according to established standards. Follows up when different departments are waiting for documents.
- Manage medical selection mailboxes and faxes;
