SummaryWe are looking for a Private Jet Sales Broker to join THE Charter Experience, a new division of Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group Inc. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you would be responsible for cultivating sales leads and establishing relationships with potential private jet charter clients managing the full travel/sales cycle, so all our clients have to do is enjoy THE Charter Experience!
You will be the go-to person for said clients, managing the charter from start to finish and handling all their requests and arrangements, such as catering, ground transportation, etc. It is imperative that you build and maintain strong relationships with private jet operators as well, to ensure client satisfaction in regards to aircraft choices. Our ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, resilient and passionate with strong negotiation skills who thrives in a start-up environment who will go above and beyond to hit their sales targets while being a team player.
Responsibilities- Building your list of potential clients by researching internal and external databases, websites, social media, etc.
- Identifying and generating sales leads by pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and converting them from potential clients to THE Charter Experience clients
- Prepare for and attend trade shows, conferences, meetings, and other local, regional or national promotional opportunities
- Building relationships with private jet operators to ensure we are able to provide optimal aircraft choices for the clients' requirements
- Gather market information to maintain competitiveness
- Responding to client quote requests and crafting solutions in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Provide continuous exemplary customer service
- Ensure you are consistently exceeding both your sales activity and financial targets
- College or University diploma in a relevant field
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of office suite
- Self-starter- shows initiative and motivation
- Excellent organizational & Communication Skills
- Bilingualism (English/French) - Asset
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Past proven experience in a sales environment and/or aviation industry;
- Ability to think/work creatively and independently
