NBCC is currently calling for expressions of interest for the position of Community College Instructor to teach a beginner course on AutoCAD for the School of Engineering Technologies. This opportunity would begin January 2023 and end April 2023, with the weekly hours of six (6) hours per week and can be based at any campus location.
Reporting to the Academic Chair, Engineering Technologies, this position is responsible for planning and preparing instructional materials and resources; establishing and managing a positive learning environment; instructing and evaluating students; building and sustaining professional relationships with students, colleagues, community partners, and stakeholders; as well as other related duties.
The candidate must have a diploma or degree in Engineering with related years of experience. The successful applicant must have experience and knowledge of using AutoCAD. Candidates must clearly demonstrate how they meet these qualifications.

The letters and resumes will be reviewed, and individuals will be selected. Expressions of Interest are not formal competitions but may involve an informal interview process. Interested parties will be notified when this process is complete.
Note: The current manager and new manager will work together to determine a suitable start date for the successful candidate that will meet operational needs for both parties. Therefore, we ask candidates to advise their current manager prior to applying for the position.
