Our client is an established sales agency representing electrical manufacturers throughout Atlantic Canada for the past 34 years.
With a strong customer satisfaction foundation, they are proud of the products and services they offer their clients. On their behalf, we are seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative based in their Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia office. As a Inside Sales Support team member, the successful candidate will support Distribution, Projects, and their Sales group throughout Atlantic Canada.
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls / requests
- Order entry
- Customer Service requests via email / phone
- Providing solutions for customers request / challenges
- Building quotations for customers
- Taking part in training sessions
- Coordinate and communicate with our principals
Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12 education or a technical background
- Sales experience would be considered an asset
- Strong relationship building
- Strong customer service
- Excellent spoken and written communications
- Willing to achieve more technical knowledge
