Our Asset Integrity Management Team in St. John's, NL is now looking for IRATA certified Rope Access Technicians to support onshore/offshore workscopes on an adhoc/call off basis.

What will you be doing?
  • Conducting inspection activities in accordance with approved inspection plans and internal procedures
  • Ensure Rope Access activities comply with safe work practices and in accordance with legislation and HSSE Policies and procedures
  • Actively support the safety, quality and regulatory processes Adopt the safe work practices and procedures in accordance with industry standards, location and required scope of work
  • Assist the inspection and replacement of equipment, as well as other logistical tasks associated with maintaining a sound state of readiness of installations
  • Execute inspection services and job functions while at heights and difficult access points safely and with the upmost quality
  • Assist in high angle rescue activities as a part of the HAR team
  • Ensure operational safety of all rope access equipment
  • Supervise, support and mentor other technicians
We think you should have:
  • Valid Rope Access IRATA Certification
  • Exposure to industrial working conditions and various operational environments
  • Experience Working on Offshore Assets, Drilling and Production Facility
  • Asset Qualifications include: Rigging training, EVITA, LEEA or other lifting equipment inspection certification, and knowledge of NDT equipment and methods
  • Must successfully complete mandatory safety training, drug and alcohol screening, medical and meet all qualifications required for work and travel offshore
  • Effective Communication Skills (verbal and written)
