NBCC is currently calling for expressions of interest for the Term position of Marketing Coordinator beginning August 15, 2022 to October 10, 2023 for a period of 14 months. This position will be based at any NBCC Location.
Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Creative Services, the Marketing Coordinator provides overall support to the Marketing and Creative Services department by organizing and executing the marketing needs of the College on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis while maintaining and promoting brand policy and visual identity and academic standards for NBCC.
Responsibilities also include:
- Assist with the development and coordination of marketing material for advertising campaigns and special projects.
- Track and report results, expenditures, deliverables, campaign performance, and other information related to current and future projects.
- Track, input and manage all invoices from third parties to align with budget
- Manage the production schedule of the Marketing team and ensure quality control is maintained and projects are completed in a timely manner
- Work with internal departments and third-party suppliers to ensure the successful completion of initiatives.
Candidates must clearly demonstrate how they meet these qualifications.
This position is classified as Management Non-Union, Pay Band 3. The biweekly salary range is $1,853 to $2,591.

Note that the successful candidate must advise their current supervisor/manager prior to accepting the position. The current manager and new manager will work together to determine a suitable start date to meet operational needs for both parties.
