We are currently seeking a .Net Developer with Azure (PERM REMOTE) to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).
Job Responsibilities:
  • Write clean, scalable code using .NET and C# programming languages
  • Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for coding RUI
  • Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture
  • Use and adapt existing web applications for apps
  • Develop client displays and user interfaces using latest UI Framework technologies

Basic Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the ASP.NET Core framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)
  • 7 years of experience in .Net programming and Azure
  • 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, Azure Storage, Azure Development and Configuration, Azure Active Directory (AD), .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, MVC
  • Experience in implementing the Azure services to web apps
  • 7+ years of development experience using C# .NET
  • Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
  • Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Knowledge of REST and RPC APIs
  • Good understanding of distributed & multi-tenant systems.
  • Should be able to migrate and integrate cloud services.
  • In-depth knowledge of design issues and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming

Preferred Skills:
  • Architecture of medium to large size applications / services
  • Technical lead experience with guiding team of 6-10 developers

Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
