Senior IT Analyst

The Role
As a result of our robust growth we are seeking a Senior IT Analyst to join our team of professionals in our Saint John, New Brunswick office. Reporting to the Director of IT Operations, the Senior IT Analyst will be involved in the development, documentation and maintenance of IT systems and support services.
Responsibilities

• Work with business, application and technical stakeholders on the identification, documentation and maintenance of IT systems.
• Understand and manage licensing and role requirements within applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or business governance issues.
• Acts as subject-matter expert (SME) and provide after-hour support and on-call support as required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in collecting, documenting, assimilating, estimating, and prioritizing requirements with business input.
• Demonstrated experience managing and delivering multiple projects, involving cross functional teams.
• Strong customer service and oral/written communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and produce results, given general priorities, required.
• Demonstrated self-starter, able to prioritize tasks and stay organized.
• Must be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
