Job Description
To help in our planned growth, we are pro-actively recruiting for a Systems Analyst/Integrator for upcoming full-timeopportunities to support our telecom practice. The Systems Analyst/Integrator will be a key member of our IT Professional Services team.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Analysis of IP/Broadband and Mobility projects that will be included in the billingrelease and the impact to the billing platform;
• Plan and allocate test environments, and coordinate interfacing systems;
• Provide 2nd tier environment support to test teams;
• Deliver System Integration Test Plan and System Impact Documents;
• Create Firewall requests;
• Review and provide input to Network Requirements Document;
• Provide Project Interdependency Assessment;
• Manage connectivity testing with external teams;
• Participate in deployment planning with vendors;
• Coordinate deployment schedules with interfacing systems;
• Facilitate troubleshooting of connectivity and configuration issues;
• Plan, manage and track performance testing;
• Manage technical upgrades (Oracle, Java, etc.) on the billing platform - plan, coordinate with interfacing teams, review test plans and deployment plans.

Qualifications

• Computer Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Excellent working knowledge of: Oracle, SQL, Java, C++, XML, UNIX;
• Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of distributed systems
• Developerand/or testing experience;
• Practical experience in conversions/migrations including analysis, data mapping, audit design, delivery strategy, and delivery execution;
• Experience in deployment planning and execution;
• Experienced with software development life cycle and methodologies;
• Experience working in a multi-vendor and/or multi-product environment;
• Facilitation skills to gain alignment and technical integration between products/vendors;
• Experience performing QA for deliverables during the assessment, analysis and design phases;
• Experience with Amdocs and/or Ensemble billing platform;
• Telecom Billing knowledge;
• Strong analysis skills;
• Strong communication skils;
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with key partners;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
