Agilus is adding a Recruitment Consultant to our specialized IT work solutions team in the GTA. We are looking for a tenacious, results driven professional with a focus on an excellent candidate experience and the ability to preserve to fill niche roles. The successful candidate will assist the specialized IT work solutions team in full cycle recruitment of both contract and permanent positions.
Day to Day

• Liaising with Account Managers to identify current and future staffing need.
• Ensuring a full candidate pipeline of passive talented IT professionals through creative sourcing strategies, networking and attending industry events.
• Keeping up to date on the current trends in the job market.
• Championing the full cycle recruitment process; creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing through both traditional and creative means, coordinating and conducting candidate interviews, performing reference and background checks and presenting offers.
• Tracking and managing employee data through our CRM and keeping Account Managers up to date on hiring progress.

Requirements

• Strong acumen in business, sales and building relationships.
• Previous customer service experience required; experience in staffing with a focus in IT considered an asset.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to quickly develop strong interpersonal relationships and be clear and concise when acting as main point of contact for candidates.
• Highly organized with a high sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly.
