Job Overview:
The successful candidate performs inventory and order management activities such as determining order quantities and processing orders and receiving on purchasing systems for area stockrooms. Maintains data accuracy in all systems that support stockroom activities and provides inventory management support.
Job Duties:

• Receives and reads customer order to identify items to be pulled and verifies stock availability
• Fills customer orders in accordance with specifications on order form
• Prepares items for shipment by assembling, addressing, stamping, and arranging for the transportation of products, and loads and unloads trucks, railway cars, or/or aircraft
• Moves material within a warehouse or storage facility using material handling equipment
• Helps maintain, locate and update inventory data for stores, including maintaining reports and indices to measure stockroom effectiveness
• Enters product information into computer database and verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments

Basic Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Education required, technical diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic data entry skills and computer proficiency; SAP preferred
• A demonstrated ability to work effectively with people from production, maintenance, and engineering
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be motivated, self starter, determine new opportunities and require little supervision

Compensation: $17.00/hr. + 4% vacation - weekly pay
