• Responsible for the distribution and sales of Kaalaiyan products throughout a particular region
• Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sale
• Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team
• Manage and support the various sales teams in your region
• Ensure the team reaches the sales targets and remain motivated

Graduate with appropriate manufacturing / industrial sales experience ( 8-10 yrs)
