Talentcor Markham is continuing to build a talent pool of Accounting Professionals available for current and future opportunities throughout the GTA.
Accountabilities may include but will not be limited to:

Setting up all credit applications in system and preparing welcome letters to be sent to customers
Creation of customer files for new customers and maintaining / updating files
Calling customers and following up on outstanding invoices to ensure payment is received
Applying payments to customer accounts on a daily basis and ensuring payments are applied correctly and as per customer's instructions
Contact customer if there is a problem with the cheque application, if back up is missing, or if invoices were skipped/missed
Responsible for all daily bank deposits to the bank
Investigating customer credit status
Liaison between A/P and customer for supplier returns and direct pick-ups
Investigating customer inquiries including following up on customer concerns
Assisting customer with any questions or concerns they have regarding their account i.e. billing, product return

Requirements:

Strong analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and Ability to work in a fast paced environment with proficient multitasking.
Creative problem-solving, eager to find customized solutions
Recent graduates encouraged to apply as well

Total Compensation:

$14/hr - $25/hr or 30 - 70k (doe)
Full or part time hours (Will vary by role)
