We foster an environment of growth, support, and a customer-focused approach.

Job Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative, youll be the first point of contact for service providers and merchants in the home improvement industry seeking financing solutions for their clients. Youll identify their needs, present tailored program options, and deliver compelling virtual or in-person presentations.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, youll manage B2B relationships with contractors and home service businesses across Canada. Success in this role requires motivation, organization, attention to detail, and a strong focus on customer service. Your goal: help partners grow their business with our consumer financing platform and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with new and existing home improvement service providers via calls, emails, and digital channels to understand needs and present financing solutions that drive sales.
  • Become a product expert in our home improvement financing programs and teach partners how to position monthly payment options effectively.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with contractors and home service businesses, reactivating underperforming accounts and driving growth.
  • Train merchant staff on our platform and tools, ensuring full adoption and compliance with approval and risk standards.
  • Collaborate with Merchant Approval, Activation, and Engagement teams to optimize the onboarding and sales experience.
  • Troubleshoot dealer loan issues and escalate to appropriate teams for timely resolution.
  • Regularly analyze sales reports to identify trends, share insights with leadership, and adjust strategies.
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales targets through needs-based selling and consistent follow-ups.
  • Work cross-functionally with underwriting and compliance teams to ensure a smooth financing journey.
  • Participate in virtual and in-person trainings, merchant visits, and industry events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in financial services or consumer finance.
  • Strong understanding of consumer finance products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (French is a plus).
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data entry.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary plus commission and performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and RRSP matching.
  • Opportunities for career growth and professional development.
  • A supportive and inclusive work environment that values teamwork and collaboration.
