As a member of the Project Management Office, the Project and Production Analyst will work with both the Project Management Office and the Production teams to improve vital processes and refine information processing. The role specializes in data analysis, process mapping, gap analysis, and organization of documentation and tools. This role is key to improving operational efficiency to support JSI's organizational goals. The Project and Production Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, PMO and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Process Documentation: Assist in documentation of workflows and processes to support ERP replacement project.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, document requirements, and provide solutions that meet business objectives.
- Project Support: Update and organize project documentation. Manage communications to ensure all project stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Modernise Project Tools: Process Improvement: Analyse current tools and methodologies and create automation to minimize manual steps and errors.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Collect, review, and analyse data to create and maintain dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights and supporting decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in a program that balances business analysis and technology.
- Experience collaborating with teams and identifying core requirements.
- Competence in documenting processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of project management.
- Knowledge of internal business processes such as Finance, Procurement and Logistics.
- Experience working with an ERP.
- Experience with SharePoint, Confluence and Power BI.
- Competence creating process automation, specifically using AI to streamline processes.

Work Conditions:
