As we expand our presence in North America and globally, were looking for a highly organized and proactiveSales Support Coordinatorto help us scale our sales efforts and support the CRO directly.

Role Overview

The Sales Support Coordinator will play a critical role in enabling the success of the sales team by assisting in sales operations, content creation, CRM maintenance, and RFP support. Youll be the go-to person for ensuring the commercial team stays organized, focused, and effective. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented who wants to grow in SaaS sales or revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Collateral & Materials
    • Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and pricing templates
    • Ensure sales materials are on-brand, accurate, and tailored to target audiences (clubs, federations, NGOs)
  • RFP & Proposal Coordination
    • Support end-to-end RFP response efforts: drafting, formatting, coordinating internal input, and submission
    • Maintain a central library of responses and boilerplate content for reuse
  • Sales Process & Administrative Support
    • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups for the CRO and broader sales team
    • Assist in sales reporting and preparing performance dashboards
    • Support preparation for investor, board, or partner-facing presentations
  • CRM & Pipeline Management
    • Maintain and updatePipeline CRMwith all deal activity: new opportunities, status updates, deals won/lost, and notes
    • Ensure data accuracy across pipeline stages to support forecasting and reporting
    • Generate and distribute regular reports on pipeline health and sales performance
  • Cross-Functional Alignment
    • Collaborate with marketing on messaging, product assets, and campaign tracking
    • Work with product and customer success teams to support complex sales cycles or custom proposal needs
  • Sales Events & Outreach Support
    • Help coordinate webinars, prospect demos, and outbound campaigns
    • Attend industry events or virtual conferences as support where needed
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in sales support, business development, revenue operations, or similar roles (SaaS or tech industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written communication and formatting skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (preferably Pipeline CRM), Google Workspace, and DocuSign
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team priorities
  • Passion for youth sports, technology, or nonprofit impact is an asset
