Are you a payroll wizard with a knack for compensation strategies? Do you have the expertise to evaluate jobs using PayFactors and ensure flawless payroll execution with ADP Workforce Now? If so, we're looking for YOU to join our clients team and make an impact!
What You'll Own:
✔️ Payroll Excellence: Administer biweekly payroll for ~85 employees with ADP Workforce Now.
✔️ Compensation Strategy: Conduct market analysis and evaluate job pricing using PayFactors to ensure competitive pay structures.
✔️ Compliance Leadership: Oversee year-end tax filings and regulatory requirements.
✔️ Health Benefits Management: Handle enrollment and maintenance of employee health plans.
✔️ Collaborative Impact: Partner with HR leadership on salary adjustments, performance bonuses, and policy renewals.
Why This Role Rocks:
✨ Competitive Pay: $78,000 - 83,000 annually + twice-a-year bonuses

✔️Experience: Minimum 5 years in payroll or a related role, with hands-on expertise in ADP Workforce Now and PayFactors.
✔️Certifications: PCP Payroll Designation preferred; JHS Certification a plus (or willingness to attain).
✔️Skills: Strong business acumen, detail-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal communication.
