What You'll Own:
✔️ Payroll Excellence: Administer biweekly payroll for ~85 employees with ADP Workforce Now.
✔️ Compensation Strategy: Conduct market analysis and evaluate job pricing using PayFactors to ensure competitive pay structures.
✔️ Compliance Leadership: Oversee year-end tax filings and regulatory requirements.
✔️ Health Benefits Management: Handle enrollment and maintenance of employee health plans.
✔️ Collaborative Impact: Partner with HR leadership on salary adjustments, performance bonuses, and policy renewals.

What We're Looking For:
✔️Experience: Minimum 5 years in payroll or a related role, with hands-on expertise in ADP Workforce Now and PayFactors.
✔️Certifications: PCP Payroll Designation preferred; JHS Certification a plus (or willingness to attain).
✔️Skills: Strong business acumen, detail-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal communication.
