Our team is growing fast, and we're looking for a Sr. Dayforce Consultant (Solution Oversight) to help lead our clients through impactful, transformational projects.
**The Role:**
As a Dayforce Sr. Dayforce Consultant (Solution Oversight), you'll serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader across multiple client engagements. You'll own the design and delivery of full-suite Dayforce implementations, with a focus on strategic alignment, configuration excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead end-to-end Dayforce implementations across multiple modules (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, WFM, Talent, Compensation).
- Conduct discovery sessions and client workshops to align business needs with Dayforce capabilities.
- Architect scalable, sustainable Dayforce solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Partner closely with internal consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders to drive outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for solution design decisions and escalation support.
- Translate complex requirements into actionable configuration strategies.
- Support testing, validation, training, and go-live efforts to ensure smooth transitions.
- Mentor and guide consultants on best practices and Dayforce platform expertise.
**What We're Looking For:**
- Min 5+ years of hands-on Dayforce implementation experience across multiple modules.
- Proven track record leading full lifecycle implementations in client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of Dayforce!!
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills — confident in presenting to executives and end users alike.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, HR/payroll stakeholders, and third-party partners.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and solutions-oriented — you know how to get things done.
- Certification in one or more Dayforce modules is a plus.
