Job Summary
Start as a B2B Canvasser – learn from some of the best Sales Coaches in the industry. The Firm Collaborative has been engaged by Minute Man to handle your training while you develop your skills. These experienced coaches are your fast pass to cash. You training will be sales and revenue focused, meaning more commission on top of your hourly every week as you learn more sales skills.
About the Role
Are you outgoing, driven, and looking to break into sales? We will start you as a canvasser with the support of an experienced print shop as well as a sales mentor.
No experience is needed—just a reliable vehicle, great attitude, and a desire to learn how to sell.
We are looking for this individual to develop into a full Business To Business Sales role with considerably higher earning over the next 48 months.
What You'll Be Doing
- Walk into local businesses and introduce our products and services.
- Spot opportunities for window graphics, signage, menus, and more.
- Collect contact info and pass warm leads to our quoting team.
- Learn real-world B2B sales techniques with hands-on support.
- Use tailored pitch decks, QR-coded materials, and a clear system (we will train you).
What You'll Get

Compensation Focused;
You can expect earnings of 50,000+ in year one at a minimum. You'll have the opportunity to earn and drastically affect the size of your cheque with a solid 10% across the board commission structure.
- Total compensation for year 1 between 50,000 - 100,000.
- Total compensation for year 2 between 75,000 - 120,000 (Figures are for entry level representatives, if you have sales experience bring this up in the interview)

Duties
- Identify and target potential business clients through research, B2B Walk in's and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
- You will learn how to negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You will learn how to maintain accurate CRM records including sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- You will be expected to collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients.
- Learn and Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
- Negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic software's such as a CRM. (No major technical skills needed)
- Strong ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in B2B sales or a related field is not required.
