We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead strategic workflow management initiatives — including the implementation and enhancement of Pega solutions. You'll work closely with Pega developers, SMEs, and cross-functional stakeholders, owning full project lifecycles from kickoff to delivery.

This is a hands-on leadership role that demands exceptional organization, proactive communication, and the ability to drive momentum while navigating complexity.

• Lead end-to-end technical project delivery focused on workflow and system enhancements

• Manage both new and existing PEGA implementations and associated enhancements

• Coordinate daily with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, including offshore teams in India

• Translate business needs into actionable plans, keeping Azure DevOps (or Jira) tasks on track

• Develop and maintain all project documentation, status reports, timelines, and risk assessments

• Run project meetings, keep communication flowing, and quickly surface any roadblocks

• Ensure stakeholder alignment and project transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle

• 5–7 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager

• Proven success managing projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)

• Strong background in workflow systems and/or PEGA-related implementations (nice to have)

• Exceptional ability to stay organized, drive timelines, and manage multiple stakeholders

• Proficiency in project management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar

• Confident communication style — capable of escalating issues and influencing outcomes

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• PMP certification is a plus

• Work on impactful digital transformation projects

• Collaborate with a smart, supportive team — both onshore and offshore

• Build hands-on experience with PEGA systems in a structured, enterprise environment

• Opportunity to extend beyond the initial contract
