About the Role:

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years in software development, with proven expertise in software design, algorithms, and scalable system architecture.

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong experience with Python as a primary development language.
• Hands-on experience in database design and SQL.
• Familiarity with .NET or willingness to work with multi-language ecosystems.
• Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of systematic investment strategies, equity research, and capital markets.
• Methodology: Experience working in Agile development environments, contributing to iterative and collaborative projects.

Desirable Attributes:

• Advanced academic credentials such as a Master's degree or a CFA designation.
• Additional language proficiency in Java or C#.NET.
• Prior experience in the financial services sector, particularly within fund management, public markets, or investment research environments.
• Familiarity with trade workflows, portfolio construction, and quantitative research platforms.
