Requirements:
- 2+ years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software company.
- Experienced with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and Mac.
- Exceptional customer service to essential business partners.
- Asana, Marketo, Salesforce and Tableau experience a plus.
- Travel required for events (when appropriate).
- Prior experience of working as Field Marketing Specialist is preferred.
- Support the execution of marketing activities across both industries, including webinars and hands-on workshops, large-scale in-person events, executive events, and 3rd party sponsorships.
- Assist with building and maintaining reports and dashboards to ensure registration goals are met and sales follow-up happens in a timely manner.
- Support with submitting contracts and budget tracking.
- Document program deliverables to ensure programs are scalable and repeatable.
