Coordinate the implementation and ongoing enhancements of ASHC's CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) software solution, including integration with Government of Alberta's 1GX ERP;
Oversee data migration and integration initiatives using Microsoft SQL Server
Integration Services, ensuring data integrity between legacy systems and CRM;
Develop and execute transition plans for the migration of information, processes, and business rules from legacy systems to new solutions;
Provide technical project coordination for the development, testing, and implementation of reporting and business intelligence assets, including dashboards and dynamic reports;
Create acceptance criteria, test plans, and test cases to support the evaluation of solution enhancements and ensure alignment with organizational requirements;
Coordinate the decommissioning of legacy applications and systems, managing all aspects of transition and operational readiness;
Provide operational support for ticketing tools, including administration, reporting, and training, and ensure compliance with DevOps and change control
policies;
Manage release cycles for CRM and other application environments, ensuring effective scheduling, coordination, and deployment;
Design and implement data migration/ETL processes for transitioning data from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics; and
Support the implementation of ASHC's Housing Digital Services project, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements. Skill set info 2 Years of Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer solutions
Minimum 5 years of experience in:
Experience managing a Release Management lifecycle, including scheduling, coordinating, and deploying releases across different application environments.
2. Experience in ensuring adherence to software engineering best practices and enforcing DevOps policies in team-based environments.
10 years of experience developing and implementing test plans and test cases mapped to future-state requirements for large-scale IT transformations.
5 years of experience in developing reporting assets such as dynamic reports, dashboards, and pivot tables using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Experience working for public sector clients, including government agencies, public organizations, boards, and commissions.
Proven experience in providing tailored solutions to social housing organizations, particularly in managing housing systems and improving tenant services.
11. Expertise in creating and maintaining data models that support business and operational needs, ensuring data integrity and alignment with organizational goals.
10 years of experience in developing data migration/ETL processes for legacy data and other sources, ensuring proper integration and data integrity. Although the contractor's primary work location is not restricted to 44 Capital Boulevard in Edmonton, Alberta, they must adhere to regular business hours. Office space, a desk, and the necessary hardware and software for on-site work will be provided by the Corporation. However, for any offsite work, the contractor must use their own hardware, as the Corporation will not supply equipment for remote work.
