The Opportunity:

We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Accounting and HR Assistant professional. This is a part-time role (30 hours/week) that offers the potential to grow into additional responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Office Support:

  • Manage deliveries, couriers, and mail.
  • Order and restock office supplies.
  • Ensure kitchen and coffee areas are tidy and organized.
  • Maintain coffee machine supplies and cleanliness.

Accounting Support:

  • Save incoming invoices for Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Assist with AP tasks as appropriate.

HR Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate and book interviews.
  • Support internal events and employee engagement.
  • Follow up on training registration, agendas, schedules, and follow ups
  • Prepare official letters and documentation.
  • Assist with future on-site Time Tracking training support.
