• Assist Journeyman Plumbers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential settings.
• Learn and perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics under supervision.
• Help install and maintain gas lines and hydronic heating systems.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, industry standards, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to safety protocols and using protective gear.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements.
• Document work progress, including service records and time logs.
• Take initiative to learn new techniques, tools, and methods to advance your skills.

• Experience: No prior experience required; plumbing or construction experience is a plus.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Licenses: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Attributes: A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and perform manual labor.
