About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for growth. This is not just a sales leadership roleits an opportunity to build and execute a high-impact sales strategy, optimize lead generation, and drive revenue growth. You will take ownership of the sales pipeline, customer relationships, and market expansion efforts, working closely with leadership to refine and implement strategies that maximize results.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving challenges, and is motivated by scaling revenue. You should be hands-on, data-driven, and customer-focused, with a strong ability to lead sales efforts while also developing scalable sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy to increase revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion Optimize outbound and inbound lead generation strategies, working closely with marketing to convert leads into high-value customers.
  • Pipeline Management & Sales Growth Own and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient conversion rates and consistent revenue growth.
  • Customer & Partner Engagement Build strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and customers to drive long-term business partnerships.
  • Market Expansion Identify and pursue new market opportunities, expanding Allieds presence in high-growth segments.
  • Team Development & Leadership Hire, train, and develop a high-performance sales team that consistently delivers on revenue goals.
  • CRM & Sales Automation Utilize CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar) to track performance, streamline operations, and improve efficiency.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization Use data analytics to measure sales effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and optimize strategies for continuous growth.

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electronics or industrial components industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience building, managing, and mentoring sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and highly results-oriented.
  • Data-driven and tech-savvy, with experience using CRM platforms and sales automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar).
  • Proven track record in scaling revenue, managing sales pipelines, and closing high-value deals.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!)

  • Experience with AI-driven sales tools and automation.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, digital sales, and online distribution strategies.
  • Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and complex B2B sales cycles.
