Paralegal Commercial & Construction Litigation
Location: Vancouver | Hybrid Work Environment
Salary Range: $60,000 $80,000
Our client is a leading national law firm, seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their high-performing Disputes Commercial & Construction Litigation Group. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside top-tier legal professionals on complex, high-value litigation matters in a collaborative, future-focused environment.

About the Role

As a key member of the team, youll be integral to managing commercial, construction, and estate litigation files. Youll participate in preparing for proceedings such as mediations, arbitrations, and trials, and help manage large, document-intensive matters from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of pleadings, application materials, contracts, mediation briefs, and lists of documents
  • Support preparation for hearings, arbitrations, discoveries, pre-trials, and trials
  • Manage matter logistics including document production, data management, scoping, and budgeting
  • Coordinate and organize large-scale litigation files and timelines
  • Collaborate with lawyers and legal support staff to deliver excellent service to clients
What You Bring
  • Solid experience as a paralegal, ideally with a focus on commercial and/or construction litigation
  • Strong understanding of the Supreme Court Civil Rules
  • A recognized paralegal diploma/certificate or equivalent training
  • Proficiency with tools such as iManage, ACL, Relativity, Kofax Power PDF, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, professional approach and a growth mindset
