We invite qualified applicants to apply for the position of Accounting/Deal Clerk with the Donnelly Automotive Group. You will report to work at our KIA dealership in Kanata, 490 Terry Fox Drive.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Extensive computer work
  • Account reconciliation
  • Account posting
  • Posting of all sales deals
  • Prepare and manage accounting documents and records.
  • Report generation and analysis

Successful Candidates Possess:

  • At least two to three years of directly related experience, preferably in a dealership environment
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting
  • Experience with PBS would be considered an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capable of maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail in work.
  • Reliable and resourceful self-starter, proactive in taking initiative, and effective both independently and in team settings.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills, adept at prioritization and meeting deadlines in a faced paced, deadline oriented environment
