The Mitigation Cleaning and Packing Technician is responsible for restoring and cleaning properties affected by water, fire, mold, and hazardous materials. Key duties include cleaning and deodorizing contents, packing and moving items, assisting with demolition, and ensuring structures are cleaned and restored. Technicians will document damage and inventory, operate specialized equipment, and follow safety protocols. This position requires strong attention to detail and a focus on safety while helping clients recover from property damage.
This position will involve the following responsibilities:

• Fire, Water, Mold and Hazardous Cleaning
• Content Packing, Cleaning, and Restoration
• Structure and Equipment Cleaning
• Demolition and Detailed Removal
• Documentation and Reporting
• Inventory and Equipment Management
• Identifying and Communicating Hazards
• Miscellaneous Tasks

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to participate in an on-call emergency service rotation
• Experience in cleaning, construction, or post-disaster restoration (asset)
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment for extended periods
