Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking permanent full-time Production Operators to join its vibrant team. The Production Operators will be responsible for ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in all aspects of production handling. Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts (3 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off). From 5:30 am - 5:30 pm or 5:30 pm - 5:30 am. It may vary according to company needs.
Pay: $31- $33.50 per hour
Work Environment: Must be willing to work outdoors throughout all weather conditions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manually and with the assistance of equipment, move, load, and unload materials and products to support production and operational workflows.
- Safely operate machinery such as forklifts, bobcats, and other equipment to transport materials and support production processes.
- Adhere to all workplace safety policies, procedures, and regulations, including proper handling of materials and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance, reporting issues to the maintenance team.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Good communication skills; Must be comfortable engaging in a variety of different communicative modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written) and being attuned to others through strong active listening skills.
- Physically in shape: The employee is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move heavy weights. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus.
- Previous experience operating equipment (forklift, bobcat) is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure, time constraints and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.

*** Must have access to your own vehicle and a valid driver's license as the terminal is not accessible by public transportation.
