Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction schedules and site operations through regular walk-throughs and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with Site Superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep builds on track.
- Manage site services (utilities, drainage, connections) and resolve any delays or unforeseen conditions.
- Lead inspections and quality control to ensure all work aligns with building codes and specifications.
- Champion site safety by enforcing protocols, conducting hazard assessments, and managing incident reporting.
- Monitor budgets, approve invoices, and optimize resource use with procurement teams.
- Mentor site teams, provide performance feedback, and support succession planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil or Construction Engineering (preferred).
- Valid Provincial Driver's License (required).
- Gold Seal (GSC), PMP, COR/NCSO, First Aid/CPR (assets).
- Proven leadership experience in residential construction.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
