Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing organization in the manufacturing sector is seeking a dynamic Corporate Controller to lead financial operations and strategy. This key leadership role which reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and plays a central role in shaping the financial health and future direction of the company. Like entities? Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the organization's daily accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with leadership across various departments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain optimal cash flow and liquidity while ensuring adherence to financial covenants and supporting strategic investments.
  • Support year-end tax planning and work closely with external tax advisors.
  • Promote cross-functional alignment on financial policies and provide training to non-finance teams on relevant procedures.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive long-term financial planning and strategic growth initiatives, acting as a key financial advisor.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • CPA is a must to be considered for the role
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with confidence presenting financial insights to a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with accounting systems and financial software tools.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
