JPS is expanding, and we're searching for Experienced Skidsteer Operators to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer equipment to perform tasks such as grading, leveling, and backfilling.
• Ability to read grade/utilize laser level
• Follow project instructions to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure it operates effectively and safely.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Collaborate with construction team members to complete projects on schedule.

Requirements

• Proven experience as aFinish Grade Skid Steer Operator or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in operating skid steer loaders.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques and safety guidelines.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
• willingness to jump out of the equipment when needed to help on the ground

All JPS Construction employees must have CSTS2020 Fundamentals, WHMIS and will be required to complete any other orientations the company deems necessary to perform work including company and site-specific orientations.
