The Role Our team at Osprey Capital Partners is growing! We are actively seeking an ambitious and results-driven sales and marketing senior associate to join our team. This role is for individuals with a strong passion for business development and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, direct outreach and digital marketing environment. Key Responsibilities * Develop a business market strategy to develop and execute programs to attract ambitious companies and entrepreneurs. * Engage directly with business owners, executives, and key industry influencers to build relationships and identify opportunities. Leverage digital marketing and targeted outreach to connect with potential clients. Create compelling marketing content that resonates with business owners and investors. Identify and qualify businesses exploring strategic options, such as selling or raising capital. Clearly communicate our firm's value proposition and how we support clients through major financial transactions. Track and manage engagement efforts using our CRM to ensure seamless follow-ups and relationship management. * Collaborate with senior team members to schedule introductory meetings. * Stay informed on industry trends and potential opportunities. What We're Looking For * University degree or diploma (business, economics, accounting, marketing or related fields preferred). * A genuine passion for sales * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle objections confidently. * Competitive and results-oriented * No prior investment banking experience required, but a background in sales, marketing, or direct outreach, is considered an asset.
