What's in it for you: - Pay rate of $20 hour - Weekly pay every Friday - Full time, long term position - Steady hours Monday to Friday - Work From Home - Work with a great company What you will be doing: - Communicating in both French and English with customers - both verbally and through e-mail - Outbound calls conveying information regarding overdue accounts, and to promote timely payments of accounts - Review customer account statuses and modify based on payment activities - Follow up on and resolve customer claims - Process authorized customer credit notes and payments - Build and maintain strong lines of communication and working relationships both internally and externally What we are looking for: - Fluent in both French and English - Minimum high school graduation required (OSSD, or equivalent) - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar collections or banking role - Must be able to pass a criminal record check Apply today!
