Our client is a dynamic, rapidly growing organization undergoing significant digital transformation and expansion through mergers and acquisitions. They're currently implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) with upcoming go-lives and continuing system enhancements.

Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Business Analyst with strong finance module expertise to join our client's ERP team. The ideal candidate will help bridge legacy ERP to F&O transitions, support multiple go-lives, and drive system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering and documentation for D365 F&O implementation, with focus on finance modules
• Configure and test D365 F&O finance modules to meet business requirements
• Develop functional specifications for customizations and integrations
• Support multiple go-lives (June and September) and subsequent enhancement phases
• implementation of D365 F&O for newly acquired Ontario facility
• Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows and user guides
• Train end users on new processes and system functionality

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation
• Strong expertise in D365 F&O finance modules
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Business Central to F&O migrations
• Microsoft certification in D365 Finance and Operations
• Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes
• Experience in high-growth, dynamic organizations
• Change management experience
