Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers.
- Reinforce Agile and Scrum practices to encourage teams to work with agility.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies and other sessions as needed.
- Promote agile practices while consistently reinforcing scrum theory and values.
- Build relationships to foster engagement and encourage collaboration.
- Remove or escalate impediments to the scrum team s progress.
- Protect the team from internal and external distractions.
- Lead process management and improvement practices to ensure the team improves how they deliver value.
- Assist the Product Owner in ensuring that scope, commitments, and line of sight targets are understood by everyone on the scrum team.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, facilitating communication between teams, etc.
- A bachelor s degree in business administration or computer science and at least five years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience working in Agile Scrum.
- Relevant certifications.
- In-depth understanding of agile principles and scrum frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and resolve a wide range of impediments that are strategic, organizational, or technical in nature.
- Confident communicator, facilitator, and relationship-builder.
- Skilled collaborator able to reinforce agile principles with colleagues.
