About the Role:
As an Accident Benefits Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the firm's high-volume caseload related to the License Appeal Tribunal (LAT) matters. Your responsibilities will include managing accident benefit claims, coordinating LAT materials, and liaising with various stakeholders to gather essential information. You will ensure thorough oversight of files, facilitating organized and precise handling of documentation and deadlines.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accident Benefits within a legal firm setting
• Solid understanding of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) and competency with OCF forms
• Essential experience with LAT files; experience in handling CAT or fatality cases is advantageous
• Possession of a diploma in Legal Administration or a Law Clerk program is preferable
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in legal software, including Time Matters, PCLaw, Primafact, and MS Office
